New Footage! Batman: Under the Red Hood

Ah yeah!  DCU Animated's next flick Batman: Under the Red Hood, is coming our way on July 27th which as we talked on before-- is coming out with it's very own comic-mini (also by Judd Winick) and like other DVD releases will have a film-inspired, handpainted maquette (definitely for the hardcore with a $85 price tag- yikes!)

From the trailer we are not only getting animated snippets of the Death in the Family arc, but many other memorable scenes directly from Winick's book- like the riveting standoff between Batman and Nightwing with Amazo!  Dopeness baby!!
